1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at wraplab64.com or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our platform.

2. Services Provided

Wrap Lab 64 provides custom vehicle graphic design, large-format printing, and shipping of vinyl wrap kits. We offer:

• One-Time Design Packages: Custom design services for a flat fee (e.g., $200).

• Vinyl Production: Printing and shipping of 3M™/Avery™ vehicle graphics.

• Shop Plan Subscription: A monthly recurring service for businesses requiring ongoing design support.

3. Accuracy of Vehicle Information

You are solely responsible for providing accurate vehicle details, including but not limited to: Make, Model, Year, Trim Level, Wheelbase, and Roof Height. Wrap Lab 64 creates designs based on standard architectural vehicle blueprints matching the information you provide. We are not liable for fitment issues resulting from incorrect vehicle data provided by the customer.

4. Payment and Billing

• Design & Print Orders: Payment for design fees is due upfront. Payment for printed vinyl kits is due prior to production.

• Subscriptions (Shop Plan): By subscribing to the Shop Plan ($1,500/mo), you authorize Wrap Lab 64 to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Returns and Refunds (Strict)

Due to the custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• Design Services: Design fees are non-refundable once the design process has begun.

• Printed Kits: Once a design proof is approved by you and sent to production, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

• Defects/Damage: If your kit arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement for the affected panels at no cost. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind."

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the Design Fee, you own the final approved design files and are free to use them for your business branding. However, Wrap Lab 64 retains the right to display the artwork in our portfolio, website, and social media for marketing purposes.

7. Installation Liability

Wrap Lab 64 is a design and supply company. We are not responsible for the installation of our products.

• DIY Installation: We provide materials and guides, but the quality of the installation is your responsibility. We are not liable for bubbles, wrinkles, or damage to the vinyl during application.

• Third-Party Installers: We are not liable for errors, damage, or additional costs incurred by third-party wrap shops or installers.

8. Shipping

We ship via major carriers (UPS/FedEx). While we provide estimated delivery dates, Wrap Lab 64 is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delays caused by weather or acts of God.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrap Lab 64 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or business interruption) arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration located in Houston, Texas.
